Advanced Profiles:
There keen need for maintaining all users record as there is always risk of terrorist or criminals may have access cyber cafe computers to perform illegal activities.
- Functionality to use available webcam to capture user snaps, which will be added to users profiles
- Profiles should be fully customizable, like one should able to decide which and what field like name address, etc be used using some wizard.
- If possible one or more profiles templates (ex. for Guest and with some differences for regular Members)
-Standard Add Time Should be customized to show already registered users photos with name or it should have search field where operator can able to input anyone of the custom field (name, license no, etc) of profile to search for existing record if found by clicking on photo/name we should able to add time to it.
- If user’s record not found then there will be shortcut button on Add Time window to create new profile (this operation should be optional)
-If possible when we roll mouse cursor over computer (online) it should show users photos thumbnail and time spent, amount paid/remaining etc.

Point Rewards
There are probably a dozen ways to implement this system. I will describe how I would prefer it to be done. I will try to be concise.
- For each product/offer a customer buys, they recieve X points.
- Each product/offer is given a specific value (zero by default)
- Products can also optionally be purchased using points (different value)
- Point rewards can be increased/decreased during certain times (automatic)
Example. A coke is worth 10 points. 1 hour of time is worth 25 points. 1 hour of time can be bought for 100 points.
If I buy 10 cokes (or 4 hours), I can (as a customer) "buy" (for free, essentially) 1 hour.
Time-based modifiers - As an owner I notice Tuesdays are slow. So I say that on Tuesdays between 2pm-6pm, all point values are doubled. (some items can be flagged as excluded from this)
Also : we should be able to redefine the display name of the "points". Let us call them points, tokens, monopoly money, gold, platinum, bottlecaps, whatever.
4a) It would also be neat to track overall point gains and give rewards based on lifetime accumulations, as well as assign titles. Such as we have here on the forum with # of posts. It might also be cool to have automatic rewards for customer who earned the most points this week/month/year.

I suggest you address printer management. It should allow multiple pricing options, based on the size of paper, paper grade and whether it is printed in grayscale, colour or grayscale plus one. Plug in support for departmental printers, from Minolta, Xerox and Canon and others. Maybe quotas to reset by day, week, month, or year, maybe the ability to set page costs and deductions with factors such as; B/W, Color, Page Size, Duplex, and N-Up printing.

An option should be provided so that printing queues are provided, so that printing is held until paid for.

I expect specialist printing, eg. large format printing, magazines, offset printing, mugs, 3d printing to play an important role in café development over the next four years. Maybe support for external service providers with job being prepared to prepress. Photo printing is another great vertical.

I think it's à good idea to have more subaccount for each customers.

Actually if a customer deposits cash, Smartlaunch calculate the money to time and it's possible to pay products, print page or use the time.

I would like it's possible to deposits money on account of customer, but it's possible to not add time. I have more customers add money on them account to pay product (cola, cafe ...) and not add time.

I purpose to have a main account and if customer have 10€ on your account, he is not log out and continous to logged. And on this account it's also possible to add the money for only print pages, or add the cash to pay products. With the subaccount to pay products, if the customers have 10€ his account is loggout if he have not time, but he is able to add time or cola, cafe, or print page but it's not automatic. When a customer pay his products, the cashier choose the account to debt.
