Take a picture of new members and put it in their profile -- Not only for added security, but customers will enjoy the technology!

I've been using the same skin since I've opened the gaming center. It was nice at first, but over time it gets dull. Give us choices!
* Holiday Skins
* Themed Skins (Halo / Counter-Strike / WoW / EQ2)
* Flashy Skins (random skins that are not theme related, but look good)
* Easily customizable!

If I have a new game, I like to highlight in a separate top-level catagory called "NEW". I would also like to list it under it's appropriate Games subcategory (strategey, action, etc), but I do not want to create a second entry as that would make the Application Statistics more confusing and innacurate.
I would like to be able to show the same application in multiple locations in the menu, without having to create multiple entries.

Many struggle with updating and distributing add-ons for World of Warcraft. Everyone seems to want their own! That said, we want customers to be happy by having their add-ons, but not compromising security or making it difficult for a staff member to help every time someone wants an add-on, or needs to update them!

-Barcode Scanner actually input a product not have the barcode too long? so it wont input. then if a barcode is in, have it bring up a totally diff product when that item is scanned. Read all threads on barcodes, everyone has the same prob.

Being part of iGames, it would be nice to have an option to allow a free hour for a showcase game automatically when a customer clicks on the featured game. The hour would only be available when that game was selected.

Give the user an option in the task bar (or somewhere) to change the language of the client.

Added ability would be having a exe or batch file be run per language (e.g. dutch.bat, english.bat etc...) so we can change registry entries for games and applications. This way they start in the user preferred language if possible.

It's a hassle to try and figure out if a customer is leaving for the day or just stepping outside or going to grab a burger, and then deciding if we should end their session.
I'd like if the server could automaticly end all open sessions and re-open the account (if they have a balance) every day at a specified time.

It will be very helpful, if user/customer will able to decided how long he prefers to be Online on client PC and able to ask time extension as per his need from Client PC itself without leaving.
There should be some option available on client interface to increase time slots by customer.
i.e. 30 mins / 1 hour / 2 hours (configured in Administrator/Server)

Account types have better subscription based workings. Somebody can pay for multiple months or renew before expiration.

a Usegroup should have option for allowed usergroups.

As for now, members can be moved to admins or employees usersgroups or even guests.. and this is exploitable.

Add a window with custom legal text and an "I agree" and "Cancel" button that appears when someone launches the internet.
This box would contain a bunch of legal jargon about how the GC is not responsible for internet content, we monitor your browsing, and if you look at porn you will be banned with no refund.
This way there is no excuse for someone browsing something they shouldn't. "Oh I didn't see the sign that said 'no porn'

I'd like to see the ability to have an application or game that could have a separate price. An example would be World of Warcraft $1/hour, when the rest of the games are $3/hour. I'd like tobe able to do this without limiting a customers usergroup.

Make it possible to continue a session from the little admin panel on client pc's, so we dont have to walk to the admin pc and log people back in.
